The Aroma Shop delivers across all emirates in the UAE within 1-2 business days through a courier.

Standard delivery incurs a fee of AED 30.

Once an order is dispatched a tracking link will be sent to your email by our delivery partner where you can track the journey of your order.

We offer refunds on all products returned within 30 days of purchase, in their unopened and original condition. Orders made via the thearomashop.ae website can be exchanged or returned in any Aroma Shop UAE store within the timelines stated in our returns policy.

Alternatively, we can also collect your returns from your preferred UAE address.

Once delivered to our store, it takes up to 5 working days for returns to be processed.
